RETURN POLICY

Each dress order is carefully inspected for any defects before it is shipped, and rarely does a customer receive defective merchandise. 

  • Due to the nature of our business, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
  • RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY ~ our company will only accept returns for exchange if there was an error on our part as follows: (1) merchandise shipped was not what you ordered, (2) there is a defect or flaw in the merchandise.
  • Customers must notify us within three (3) days of the delivery receipt date of their order if there is a problem with the merchandise as described above.   Failure to notify us within 3 days of delivery date constitutes acceptance of the merchandise.
  • The customer must send an email to customerservice@cutekidsspecialoccasions.com with information on the merchandise they wish to return for exchange due to incorrect order shipped or defect in merchandise.  You will be provided with instructions in returning the merchandise.
  • The returned merchandise must be in brand new condition as delivered, and must not show any evidence of being worn, altered, contain smoke or perfume scent, or have any marks or strains.
  • Returned merchandise must be returned in original packaging and tags attached.  Removal of tags or destruction of packaging constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.  
  • Customer service will inspect and confirm that the merchandise is in the original packaging as shipped, contains all attached tags, and is in brand new condition.
  • We recommend that you return the merchandise via an insured carrier in a manner that is traceable (UPS or FedEX).  We are not responsible for lost returns.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Most of our merchandise is in stock and will be shipped to the customer as described below.  Merchandise not in stock at the time of the order is usually available to ship to the customer within 2-3 weeks after the order was placed.  If the merchandise you ordered is not in stock, Cute Kids Customer Service will notify you immediately with a estimated delivery date sent to your email address provided with your order. 

  • Shipping is by UPS or US Mail, depending on shipping address.  UPS requires a full street address (cannot deliver to a PO, APO, etc).
  • We ship Monday–Friday (excluding Holidays).
  • Orders of stock merchandise placed by 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day (orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday). 
  • The customer selects the shipping method at checkout ~ standard ground, priority shipping, or express next day shipping.

            $9.95  Ground Shipping ~ 7 to 10 business days

            $17.95  2nd Day Priority  ~ 2 to 3 business days 

            $29.95 Express Overnight ~ overnight most locations.    

  • If the delivery of the package is refused, rejected or returned due to delivery delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both the outbound and inbound shipping charges. 
  • All shipping deliveries are fully insured.

SIZING POLICY

The customer is responsible for taking accurate measurements and selecting the correct size.  We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size ordered.  If you take the time to measure your child and honestly compare them to the size chart, you should have a good fit.  Keep in mind that the size charts provided by the manufacturers are average measurements for their entire line and not for each separate style.  NEVER order a size with measurements smaller than the wearer.  You can always have a garment taken in or shortened, but you cannot have it let out or lengthened. 


CHARGEBACK ATTEMPTS

An attempt to reverse or chargeback a credit card transaction constitutes non-payment and potential fraud that will be referred to our attorneys.  Initiating a chargeback because you have cancelled your event, changed your mind, or production of your items is still pending constitutes fraud.  Expenses incurred to Dar Mar Enterprises, LLC, to collect payment beyond that of normal payment towards merchandise will be at the expense of the customer, i.e., chargeback costs, court proceedings, attorney and collection fees.


PRIVACY POLICY

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customized the content and/or layout of our pages for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and/or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and/or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
